Rapid advances in information technologies are having a wide range of impact on people's lives around the world. While these advances present significant challenges to society, they also offer unprecedented opportunities for people to connect, interact, innovate and become active agents for positive social change within their communities. The You-i lab aims to involve and empower young people through the use of ICT and open innovation methodologies to develop projects for the public good in the countries of the South.

  • You-I Lab offers Data Science courses to engage students, entrepreneurs, and business partners in learning processes that aim to encourage their creativity and ingenuity to successfully distill useful information from real-world data.

  • You-i Lab develops research and academic applications to advance the tools, methods and practices of: information technology, mobile computing systems and interaction techniques, in order to study users, user groups and their needs within their social and cultural environment.

  • A research initiative supported by institutions from Mexico and Switzerland. Ce Mobili is directed in Mexico by Salvador Ruiz Correa and Daniel Gatica-Perez in Switzerland.
